Concessions
As a customer, you may qualify for various concessions available from the Queensland Government.
Electricity Rebate:
Available to eligible concession card holders, including Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, and Health Care Card holders, to assist with electricity costs.
Medical Cooling and Heating Electricity Concession Scheme:
Available to eligible concession card holders with a medical condition requiring dependence on air conditioning.
Home Energy Emergency Assistance Scheme (HEEAS):
A one-off emergency payment for households facing a short-term financial crisis with their energy bills.
