Concessions

As a customer, you may qualify for various concessions available from the Western Australian Government.

Energy Concession Extension Scheme (ECES):

Available to eligible concession card holders on electricity usage and supply charges.

Hardship Utilities Grant Scheme (HUGS):

Available to eligible customers experiencing temporary financial hardship who are unable to pay outstanding electricity or gas bills.

Energy Assistance Payment (EAP):

Available to eligible low-income households to assist with managing household energy costs.

Dependent Child Rebate:

Available to eligible concession card holders with dependent children to assist with electricity costs.

Air Conditioning Rebate:

Available to eligible customers with qualifying medical conditions requiring the use of medically necessary air conditioning equipment.
