Medical Energy Rebate:

Available to customers with certain medical conditions affecting their ability to self-regulate body temperature.

Life Support Rebate:

Available to customers who use approved life support equipment.

Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA):

Short-term emergency voucher support for households experiencing sudden financial hardship.
